ARE YOU A FAULT FINDER OR A STRENGTH SPOTTER

“No reason to stay is a good reason to go!”
By now, you know I like lists, and I get joy and a real sense of accomplishment from ticking them off. My 5 reasons to stay, and 5 reasons to go list has been used by me and countless others I have shared it with…with great outcomes.
Sometimes, we just find ourselves lingering in places, roles, or relationships that no longer serve us or fit our own values. The familiar routine, the comfort of what’s known, or even the fear of change can keep us anchored in situations that have long ceased to be fulfilling.
But the absence of a compelling reason to stay is, in itself, a powerful reason to move on. When there’s no more growth, no more excitement, or when the initial spark fades, it’s a sign that our journey in that chapter may be complete.
Don’t stress yourself, though. Moving on isn’t about failure or giving up, it’s about recognising that your energy, your talent, and your enthusiasm are better placed where they can thrive.
As daunting as it will be, the change will bring about opportunities to rediscover your purpose and your passion.
If there’s no reason to stay, take that as your signal.
And…
May all your “soon”, turn into “finally” 👊🏻
