HOW TO BE PRODUCTIVE

This week was quite a week, I won’t lie.

  • Not only did my brain work 18 hours a day, but I also managed to get some exercise in between.
  • I ticked off a bunch of boxes and created a few new ones to keep the cadence going into the new year.
  • There were some new hires and some hard conversations.
  • There were some great meet-ups and even greater learnings.
  • The 20 or so new folk I met this week stretched my thinking on new projects and ventures.

How did I manage this?
  • I was intentional (my word for 2024 BTW).
  • I decluttered in preparation.
  • I was deliberate in my actions.
  • I made calculated decisions.
  • I set objective and measurable outcomes.
  • I kept a routine.
  • I stayed positive.
  • I asked questions.
  • I said “No”.

All said…None of it would have been possible without having a few folk in my corner. It wasn’t always like that, and getting here required a conscious effort to change rooms (and people).

This coming week is going to be just as epic. Just going to add ice cream (IYKYK).
