JUST BECAUSE I CARRY IT WELL, DOESN’T MEAN IT ISN’T HEAVY

But strength doesn’t mean the weight is any lighter,

It just means we know how to carry it.

Behind every calm exterior, there may be a struggle you don’t see. So, let’s offer support, not judgment, and remember that we all have our own mountains to climb.
