MUSIC AND LYRICS

“When you’re happy, you’ll enjoy the music…but when you’re sad you understand the lyrics”

Came across this quote recently and it got me thinking of just how important it is to find the time to just be centered, be caught up in your own thoughts, and listen to some decent tunes from Kane, Michael, Teddy, Taylor, Lauv, Lloyiso. Whoever takes you there.

In moments of joy, we revel in the melody’s uplifting energy. Conversely, during times of sadness, lyrics speak to us on a deeper level, offering solace and understanding.

The power of music lifts spirits, heals hearts, gives us solace, clarifies challenges, guides us, connects us!

Go build that playlist. Go play that vinyl. Go to that concert.
