WHAT MAKES A GREAT CEO

To all the founders, CEOs and boards out there…

I worked with an amazing CEO a few years ago, who taught me a bunch of incredible leadership principles. A lot of them were also interestingly non-verbal that took me awhile to grasp.

When asked the question by me,

“What makes a great CEO?”, the response was,

“Do what your team can’t do”.

Read that again!

The lesson here is:

If you are doing what

  • your team should do,
  • you have an empowerment problem,
  • a lack of skills in the team problem,
  • a resource problem,
  • a number of hands problem,
  • or all four,
  • or a combination of.

Only you can fix this. Where do you start? Reach out to us, or book an intro discussion on how we can answer some of your questions…and ask a few more.
