Our consultant offering provides expert advice and guidance to organisations or individuals to help you solve problems, improve performance, or achieve specific goals. In this capacity, normally we don’t lead a team, don’t represent the company, and generally work to an end date. Think of us as a trusted advisor, leveraging our experience and skills to address specific challenges and drive positive change. Normally done on an affordable hourly rate.

When we join teams in fractional leadership roles, our role is very different. We evolve to being part-time executives that lead, work in, represent, and are integrated into your company’s leadership. We lead verticals that contribute to strategic decisions and often we find ourselves contributing around the boardroom table. We usually allocate 1-3 days a week for such assignments.

The global shift is to rather secure fractional skills as this flexible approach is cost-effective, allowing companies to access top-tier expertise tailored to their unique needs, driving growth and success. Whether it’s for specific projects or ongoing strategic support, fractional leaders bring valuable perspectives and actionable solutions to move your business forward.
